We are firmly committed to WOMEN’S SPORTS. We have a professional women’s football team, five training teams, and a total of 663 girls and women, who wear the blaugrana jersey in the Club’s 9 amateur sports.
We are a SCHOOL FOR LIFE that educates people through sport. We don’t just want to attract the greatest players but also use La Masia to nurture great people who are recognised and recognisable both on and off the field.

Our purpose is to create value driven players, centres of excellence in the country that help aspirant footballers in India realise their potential and be at par with the best football players, globally. We aim at using the sport as a medium to train youngsters to become great footballers, well-rounded, focused individuals with a strong value system and most of all good human beings. We also want to create awareness among students and parents about the far-reaching, physical, mental, emotional and social benefits of playing a sport and enjoying a good game.
